- A company spokesperson and culinary director for 10 years at a Napa Valley winery, and was affectionately described as a mixture of "Betty Crocker & Bette Midler", hosting hundreds of special events nationwide. A faculty member at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration for 18 years, Lang has recently found her new niche in advising - coaching students in creating career strategies by identifying their unique abilities while developing and conveying their personal voices through personal interactions, resume writing and interviewing skills.
